1. Your booking will be confirmed upon receipt of payment. A confirmation email with the full details of your booking will be sent to your nominated email address.
   
2. Please ensure that your passport and travel documents are valid for your journey. If you require a visa for your destination or any transit country (for air travel), we recommend contacting our help desk for further guidance.
3. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect yourself against unexpected events while travelling.
4. Kindly review your trip details carefully to ensure all dates and times are correct.
5. Check your spelling. Flight passenger names must match government-issued photo ID exactly.
6. We facilitate travel bookings as an agent for third-party travel providers such as airlines, accommodation providers, and tour operators (\"Principal/s\"). Your contract is directly with the Principal, and their terms and conditions apply to your booking. We receive remuneration from these providers and are not liable for their performance, services, or any changes they make.

• We understand that plans can change. While we do not charge any fees for cancellations or changes, any fees imposed by the airline or other travel providers, in accordance with their policies, will be passed on to you.
• Please note that name changes on flight tickets are not permitted.
• Certain special or promotional airfares and hotel rates are non-refundable. If you choose to change or cancel such bookings, you may not be eligible for any refund.
• We strongly recommend reviewing the full terms and penalty conditions for changes and cancellations applicable to your airfare, hotel rate, and any other travel products prior to booking. If you have any questions or require clarification, please contact our sales representative for further assistance.
• Please also review important information regarding the liability limitations of airlines, hotels, car rental, and limousine companies.
• Airfares may not include checked baggage or other optional fees charged directly by the airline.
• All airfares are subject to availability and are not guaranteed until ticketed.
• Please be advised that federal law prohibits the carriage of hazardous materials on aircraft, either in your luggage or on your person.

 

 

We act solely as an agent for third-party travel service providers ("Principals"). Your booking is subject to the Principal's terms and conditions, which are available upon request. As an agent, we are not responsible for the performance of the services provided by the Principal, and any claims or disputes should be directed to them.
